Workflow Reporting Field Definitions

Reports within workflow include many options. Here is a list of fields and definitions.

These definitions are for the Reports directly in Workflow. Reports>>User Productivity. Once in the report you have the "Field Chooser" icon that allows the Admin to pull in the data they want to see on the report.

Category

The category that is choosen from the drop down menu on the configuration page

Client Name

Client Key

Client Number associated within the MedEvolve PM/DW

Current Earliest Bill Date

Earliest date a portion of the balance became Patient Responsible

Current Earliest Dos

Earliest Date of service for the balance

CurrentBalance

Current balance of Worklist Item

Financial Location

Financial Location in which the patient balance is associated (Not necessisarly the service location)

Followup Date

Date that the representative choose when working the account

Followup Date Set

The date the rep set the follow up date

Followup Days Out

The # of days betwween the day the report was genereated and the follow up date

Location Code

Financial Locatin Code from MEdEvovle PM

Original Worklist

The worklist that the account qualified for when the account was actually worked

Patient AR Action

Action Code that the Representative working the account chose from drop down list in WF

Patient Activity

Activity Code that the Representative working the account chose from drop down list in WF

Where the item originated: WF List, Patient Search or Task

Patient AR status

Status Code that the Representative working the account chose from the drop down list in WF

Patient Name

Name of the Patient asscoiated with the account

Patient Status

PM Account Status for patient Account

Patients

A unique ID used to get the count of patients for that aggregate.

Representative

Representative who is working the account

SnapshotBalance

The item's balance when the balance was worked

Time Stamp Offset

Time stamp of entry

Touches

Number of times a representative touched the account (meaning how many times did they log an activity/status/action code, follow up date and note to a specific account "working it")

Week Ending

The week ending date of when any data is associated with

Worklist

The worklist that the account currently qualifies for. This is not the same as the worklist the account qualified for during the date range choosen.

The Cash Opportunity of the current balance on the claim

Financial Location associated with the claim (Box 33 on the HCFA)

Date that the representative chose when working the account

Followup Date Set

The date the rep set the follow up date

Followup Days Out

The # of days betwween the day the report was genereated and the follow up date

Last Note

The last note that the representative placed on the account when they worked the account

Original Worklist

The worklist that the account qualified for when the account was actually worked

Patient Name

Name of the Patient asscoiated with the account

Representative

Name of the Representative that worked the account (i.e. choose an activity/status/action code, added follow up date and note on the account)

Service Date

The DOS associated with the claim

SnapshotCashOpportunity

The cash opportunity when the account was worked

SnapshotClaimBalance

The claim balance when the account was worked

Specialty

The Speciality selected in the configuration drop down for the worklist

The Appointment Reason of the scheduled appointment from the PM Tables

The Time that the appoinment is scheudled for in the PM

A unique ID used to get the count of appointments for that aggregate.

This is the current status that is on the task (opened/closed)

This is the current subject that the representative choose for the task

Currently Assigned To

This is the representative/department that the task is assigned to currently

Currently Pmresponsible

This denotes if this task is currently a PM responsible task (meaning the task was sent to a user that is only in the PM vs WF)

Department

The department that the task is assigned to

Followup Date Utc

It is the follow up date on the Task shown in UTC time

Last Comment

The last comment made by a user on the task.

Last Comment Date Utc

The last date utc when the last comment was made on a task by a user

Last Comment By

The representative that commented on the task

Module

The module that the task is associated with

Original Department

Department in which the task was orignally assigned to by the creator of the task

Original Priority

Priority give orignally by the the creator of the task

Original Subject

Subject given originally by the creator of the task

Originally Pmresponsible

State of responsiblility (PM or WF) when the task was originally created

Patient Name

Name of the Patient asscoiated with the account

Priority

Priority of the task high, medium, or low (auto defualts to medium)

Status

Status of the task open, closed, canceled

Subject

Subject for the Task (this is defaulted from the "sub-category" but can also be edited by the creator of the task)

System Task

This denotes that the task was auto-genterated by the WF system based on an Auto-Task configuration

Tasks

Number of Tasks the Rep has worked during reporting period

Time Stamp

Time stamp of entry

Touches

Number of times a representative touched the account (meaning how many times did they log an activity/status/action code, follow up date and note to a specific account "working it")

Week Ending

The week ending date of when any data is associated with

Worklist

The worklist that the Task currently qualifies for. This is not the same as the worklist the task qualified for during the date range choosen.

Worklist Balance

Current $ balance of task item if applicable
