Why isn't a patient receiving a statement?
There are several things to look at for why a patient would not receive a statement.
- Is the criteria set up in Manage-->Enterprise-->Billing-->Billing Options to allow that statement to go out?
- If the balance in bill status on the account is less than the minimum statement amount in Manage Enterprise then a statement will not be generated.

- Is the billing type in Manage-->Enterprise set to Visit Level or Transaction Level? Is the visit status in mixed status as well? If it is set to visit level then a statement will not go out for visits in a mixed status.

- Were the transactions flipped to bill after the statements process had already been run and has another process been run since the transactions were flipped to bill?


- Is the account status in a status that does not allow statements? For example is the account status deceased? Or in collections?

- Is there an open collections incident that include the visits in bill status with a balance? If so does the collections series allow statements? If allow statements is not checked on open incidents, any visit balance currently in an open incident will not go on statements.
