Why is an account locked to not allow an appointment to be made
Restricted account status not allowing appointments to be scheduled
- Open Manage>Security>Security Groups
- Locate the Appointment Detail on the Right
- Double click on the green check mark to open the extended rights.


- The extended rights for Appointment Detail>Scheduling Restricted Accounts has the following rights:Gives the user the override to schedule a patient that has a restricted status or change an account status if the status is restricted.
- Select this right for the user or users group and then Click OK and Apply.
