Why can I not view the EOB from patient account Visit Screen?

EOB is attached but Blank from Visit Screen

This occurs when a claim for the patient was transmitted, and the account number is not the same as what is currently listed on the patient account. Meaning the account number was changed after the claim filed. 

For Example: Currently the Patient Account Number is 30530.

The account listed at the time of filing is acct #3360, which was changed to 30530.

When viewing from the Account Visits screen it is only indicating the header of the remittance advice.
