There is an ERA available in Practice Insight but is not available in MedEvolve

How to repost ERAs to come into MedEvolve from Practice Insight

If you have an ERA that is available in Practice Insight but it is not available in the MedEvolve database please try the following. 

  1. Connect to Practice Insight through ECA 
  2. Select the EDIInsight box 
  3. Select Connect
  4. Click on Search Tools 
  5. Select Check Search 
  6. Any missing remits can be reposted to the FTP Directory to be processed back into Medevolve 
  7. Locate the check and right click and select Repost File to the FTP Directory 
  8. Message will appear that the file has been reposted, Select OK
  9. Once all remits have been reposted click the X at the top right hand corner to close the application
  10. You will receive a message verifying you want to terminate, select Yes 
  11. A message will appear advising Receiving Files, do not click out the ECA as this is receiving any ERA's to be processed into Medevolve. 
  12. The next message will advise Processing Files, this is parsing ERA�s into the posting section of Medevolve
  13. Connection is completed when you see Call disconnected
