How do I setup the NDC code for an injection?

How to set up NDC code for an injection

  • Go to Tables
  • Click on CPT Fees
  • Click on Fee Schedule 
  • Select the fee schedule the CPT code is setup within
  • Within the CPT code search box type in the injection code to update
  • Double click on the CPT code to open
  • Select the NDC Numbers tab
  • Click in the grid to add NDC
  • CF: conversion Factor
  • UOM: Units of Measure
