When closing a control include Insurance Payments and Adjustments.
When refiling a visit to print select the Insurance Payments and Adjustment transaction lines in order for the correct total to appear on the HCFA Box 29.
Box 28 will show total charge. In this example for $300.00
Box 29 includes Insurance Payment $90.00 and Insurance Adjustment $150.00
Box 30 will show the balance. In this example $60.00
