How do I add a user in MedEvolve?

How to set up a New user in MedEvolve

Support only creates new users for Practice Insight or Azure (SAAS) connections. For the user set up within the new software this must be done by the administrator/manager of the clinic. Follow the below steps to create a new user in MedEvolve.

  • Go to Manage-->Security-->Users. 
  • Click on New at the bottom of this window.
  • Assign a login ID that they will use to login. Fill in the First Name, Last Name, and assign the group the user will belong to and click apply. 
  • The first time the user logs in the password will be blank. 
  • They will be prompted to enter in the password that they will use going forward as soon as they are logged in.
