Support only creates new users for Practice Insight or Azure (SAAS) connections. For the user set up within the new software this must be done by the administrator/manager of the clinic. Follow the below steps to create a new user in MedEvolve.
- Go to Manage-->Security-->Users.
- Click on New at the bottom of this window.
- Assign a login ID that they will use to login. Fill in the First Name, Last Name, and assign the group the user will belong to and click apply.
- The first time the user logs in the password will be blank.
- They will be prompted to enter in the password that they will use going forward as soon as they are logged in.
