How can I reset my Password for MedEvolve

How to reset a password inside of Medevolve

For the MedEvolve Program. 

  • Go to View Tab-->Preferences 

  • Select Change Password. 

  • Type in your current password and then choose a new password and confirm it. Click OK. 

  • It will then tell you password successfully set.

 

MedEvolve support cannot update passwords for users in the clinic. This must be done by an administrator in the clinic if the user does not remember their PM password.
