How can I get a list of patient Mailing Addresses

How to get a report with Patient Mailing Addresses

In the event that you need to get a list of patients seen in a certain time period and also get their addresses in order to mail them a letter about changes in the clinic etc. the user can run an account analysis report.

  • Click on Report then select Account Analysis.
  • Select the criteria you wish to see on the report by going to each tab and using the filters. For example: I would like to get a list of patients in active status between the ages of 18 and 25 who had an appointment in the year 2019.
  • Account Tab in Account Analysis.
  • Appointment Tab in Account Analysis.
  • Once all the parameters have been selected click on the Start Job Tab in Account Analysis. In order to get the addresses of the patients the user will then select Export to File, Patient Mailing List, and pick the location you wish to export the report to. (We recommend Desktop). Then the user will click Start in the bottom right corner of the window.
  • Once the report is done running there will be a report in the archive labeled account analysis. This report will show Account Number, Name of Patient, Status, DOB, Home Phone, Insurance Plan, Primary Physician, Primary Referring Physician, and Balance on the account.
  • There will also be a report in the location the user picked to export the report. It will have the same patients as in the archive but will Only Include the Patinet Name and Address.

**Please note that if the user is on our Cloud Based Environment (Azure) then the report will need to be copied from the Remote Desktop to the user's regular desktop in order to open the report. Right click on the document on the Remote Desktop and select copy.

Minimize the Remote Desktop and then right click on the background on the regular desktop and select Paste. The user can then open the report on their regular desktop to get the list of addressed.
