Improvements

Insurance AR Worklist View

• Refactored the Insurance AR worklist view for improved performance and to ensure the expected next claim is always loaded when selecting the Next button

• Now loading the correct next claim when sorting or filtering is applied

• Adjusting client or specialty filters no longer loads a blank page after adjustments are made

• No longer presenting an error when the last claim is worked in a worklist

• Working the last claim within a grid page now loads the next claim as expected

All Other Improvements

• Claim notes are now stored in the correct time zone based on the end users location

• Empty CPT categories are no longer displayed within the Insurance AR worklist configuration to prevent an error upon save

• Patient Insurance can now be updated without error when the patient insurance does not have proper casing

• Last Note data point has been added as an option within the User Productivity report field chooser to view the last note entered within Patient AR, Insurance & Patient Overpayments and Financial Clearance as this was already a parameter within the Insurance AR report

• Made corrections to Patient AR redistribution to ensure it completes in a timely manner

• Corrected an issue in which some clients received an error when refiling claims

• Now notifying end users when the home page summary exports have started and when the download has completed
