Insurance AR
- Users can now view all visit touches within the IAR current worklist view grid to provide more transparency of a visit when a new claim has been created or refiled. The Total Visit Touches column depicts all previous and current touches for the visit.
*note: There has been no change to the existing Touches column which reflects the number of touches for the selected claim.
Insurance & Patient Overpayments
The Earliest DOS column has been added to the Insurance & Patient Overpayments current worklist view grid
Tasks
The Due Date field is now a required field when creating new tasks
Worklist Codes
Admins can now flag Action Codes as actionable within the action codes dictionary for reporting purposes, see Configuration > Worklist Codes > Action Codes to enable to the actionable flag
