Financial Clearance Settings
System Admins can now configure clearance checks to reset if appointments are rescheduled rather than carrying forward any clearance checks that were previously cleared prior to rescheduling the appointment.
To prevent clearance checks from carrying forward to the rescheduled appointment, System Admins can navigate to Configuration > System > Custom Settings to enable reset clearance checks on appointment reschedule.
Users
- Users are now automatically inactivated if they have not logged into workflow within 30 days. When a user has been inactive for 30 days, their account will automatically set to inactive when the nightly process runs.
Improvements
- Corrected an issue in which expected claim does not load after selecting apply to all when columns are sorted within the IAR worklist view
- Admins can now view IAR worklists in which all claims are in follow up
- Users can now view EOBs
- Actions to share, edit and make a copy within Power Analytics embedded in WF are now enabled
