- Instrumentation was added to the code to identify performance bottlenecks by using the web browsers built in dev tools functionality
- Modified the code to remove ASP.NET core session state dependency to avoid locking and replaced with user level caching
- Removed redundant database calls due to password expiration check
- Updated application from 32-bit to 64-bit

- Admins can now configure automated task templates for specific service and financial locations.
Improvements
- No longer loading a blank IAR or PAR worklist page when representatives do not have the ability to sort and select worklists
- Representatives can now access suspended claims when all other claims are in follow up
- Corrected an issue that caused stored procedures to fire multiple times during the nightly process
