Ei Workflow V19.3 Release Notes
What's new and what's fixed in October 2024
Enhancements
Insurance AR Worklist View
Grouping Claims by Payer
Users can now view the Insurance AR payer sub-list more effortlessly. They no longer have to work a claim in the action tab then select Next or Apply to view the payer sub-list. If the worklist allows users to work the next X claims by Payer, users can now select the button below at any time rather than work the current claim in the action tab first. This allows users to get to the sub-list more efficiently when communicating with payers.

The worklist selected allows users to see the next 10 claims for the payer; therefore, the button reflects “Show Next 10 Claims”. The button also depicts the combined total claim amount for the Medicare payer sub-list in this example. Once the button is selected, users are taken to the Medicare payer sub-list as they were previously when the flag was selected. As a reminder, the payer sub-list is only relevant to claims that qualify for the worklist in which the user is currently working.
Note: If the worklist is not configured to show the next X claims by payer, the button will not appear within the action tab.
Grouping Claims by Patient
Similar to the Show Next X claims button, users can now select the Show All Claims for the account that is currently loaded within the Action tab. This will navigate users directly to the patient claims list. The button also depicts the combined claim amount for all patient claims in the list.

Once the user navigates to the patient claims list, they will see all patient claims regardless of which worklist they normally reside. This is the same list that is depicted when working IAR claims from patient view.
Note: If there is only one claim for the patient, the button will not be enabled as users can work the individual claim from the current worklist view action tab.
