Insurance AR configuration
Added column to display the location code for both financial and service locations within the configuration filter options as well as the ability to scroll horizontally
Claims are no longer unassigned if a user on a split worklist does not have rights to view claims for the client
All User functions
Call Queueing
- Now displaying the context within the call log for non-automated calls Insurance AR
- Claims that have a follow-up date that is past due or due today are now displayed at the top of the worklist to ensure they are addressed more timely
- The claim’s filed amount is now displayed within the action tab Payment Posting
- Now setting control options to default as follows:
User Survey
- Added NPS survey to the bottom of the home page to allow users to provide feedback and surveys
Improvements
- Resolved an error that was presented when navigating to an IAR claim from tasks and patient search when claim is $0 or in follow up
- Corrected an issue where claims in follow up still appeared on reps worklist after being worked
- No longer removing work phone number when admin/sys admin updates user role
- Manager role can now save work phone number successfully
- Task details can now be updated when opened from batches task tab within payment posting
- Now displaying insurance plan name rather than insurance plan code when refiling claims
