Denial Management
This table is used to create denial codes to be used with ERA posting and Insurance Collections.
- Go to Tables-->Adjustment-->Denial Management
- Category Tab: Used to group like denials together for reporting and working denied claims within the insurance Collection Application. The system has default list of categories and grouped denials
- Code Tab: Has a complete list of claim adjustment and remark codes with their description. The user can indicate whether or not the code is considered a denial by checking or unchecking the denial box
- Only codes marked as denial will be used within Insurance Collections Module
